On June 15, Summersville Officer Dusty Goforth received a report of extensive damage done to a building on North Main owned by Commuity Bank, NA. It appeared that a vehicle had collided with the front of the building. Officer Goforth also received a report from a Summersville resident that his vehicle, a 1986 Monte Carlo, was stolen sometime late in the evening of June 14 or early morning June 15. Officer Goforth took both reports. The vehicle was later recovered five miles North of Summersville in a field off Highway JJ.
