As some of you may know, we have been trying to raise extra money for some new playground equipment at the Community Center. Diana Stewart spearheaded a handful of fund-raisers for this project, getting several ladies in the community baking and donating all kinds of goodies and KT's Kitchen graciously let us sell them in their restaurant. So in no time flat (or at least much less than expected), we had over $2000 and the guys at Redneck Woodworking set to building us a great playset. If you get a chance to run over to the Center and check it out, please do. It's a beauty and we want to thank everyone that had a hand in making this happen.
